Subscription Plans
KundliPrime may offer free, trial, paid, promotional, recurring, or one-time subscription plans. Each plan may include different chat access, call access, astrologer categories, reports, daily guidance, discounts, credits, priority support, or other benefits shown before purchase.
Plan features, prices, taxes, billing cycles, renewal rules, free trials, and limits may vary by platform, country, currency, promotion, and user account.
Renewals And Billing
Recurring subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date through the app store, payment provider, or account settings where the subscription was purchased.
You are responsible for reviewing the plan price, renewal date, billing frequency, trial expiry, and cancellation instructions before subscribing.
Chat And Call Access
Chat and call access may be provided through subscription entitlements, wallet balance, coins, credits, free minutes, paid minutes, fixed packages, promotional offers, or a combination of these models.
A session may end automatically when your entitlement, wallet, credits, free minutes, plan limit, astrologer availability, or technical connection ends.
Astrologer availability is not guaranteed. Popular astrologers may have queues, limited slots, delayed responses, or temporary unavailability.
AI Astrologer Access
Plans or free access may include a stated number of AI Astrologer questions per calendar month. Each submitted question counts toward the allowance unless the platform fails before producing an answer.
AI responses are automated, may contain errors, and are not a substitute for a human astrologer or qualified medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, or emergency professional. Unsafe or high-stakes questions may receive a restricted safety response.
Fair Use And Abuse Prevention
Subscription benefits are intended for personal, reasonable use. We may apply fair-use limits to prevent spam, automated usage, harassment, excessive session creation, commercial resale, abuse of free trials, refund misuse, or conduct that affects other users or astrologers.
We may pause, reduce, suspend, or terminate access if we detect misuse, fraud, payment risk, policy violations, or unsafe behavior.
Credits, Wallets, And Free Minutes
Credits, wallet balances, free minutes, coupons, trial minutes, and promotional bonuses may have expiry dates, usage rules, eligible astrologer limits, non-transferability rules, and non-refundability rules shown in the app.
Unused benefits may expire at the end of the subscription period, promotional period, or stated validity period.
Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring subscription through the original purchase channel. Deleting the app or stopping use does not automatically cancel a subscription.
After cancellation, you may retain access until the end of the current paid period unless the plan, platform, or applicable law states otherwise.
