We may collect chat and consultation details such as messages, attachments you share, queue status, call metadata, session duration, astrologer selected, ratings, reviews, complaints, and support notes. If audio, video, or chat recording is enabled, the app will display the relevant notice where required.
We may collect subscription and payment details such as plan type, renewal status, trial status, order IDs, wallet or credit balance, chat minutes, refunds, invoices, and payment status. Card, UPI, net banking, and wallet credentials are handled by payment providers and are not stored by us unless specifically stated by the provider.
We may collect technical information such as device type, operating system, browser, IP address, app version, crash logs, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, features used, and approximate location inferred from your device or network.
How We Use Information
We use information to create and manage your account, activate subscriptions, calculate access limits, prepare horoscopes, kundli or birth-chart insights, match reports, daily predictions, remedies, chat or call consultations, and other astrology services you request.
When you use AI Astrologer, we use your selected locally calculated chart facts, question, recent AI conversation, language, and usage allowance to generate an automated answer. The local-model prompt excludes the profile name, exact birth date, birthplace, and coordinates. AI questions and answers remain associated with your account until you delete them, delete your account, or the retention period expires.
We use information to route chats or calls to astrologers, manage queues, calculate session duration, process payments, confirm orders, provide customer support, detect fraud or misuse, protect service security, troubleshoot errors, improve product quality, and communicate service updates.
With your consent where required, we may use contact details to send offers, reminders, newsletters, app notifications, or promotional messages. You can opt out of non-essential marketing communications.
Retention And Deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the services, comply with legal, accounting, tax, and security obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business records.
